These cookies are known by several names (3 color cookies, petit fours) but once you try them they will never be forgotten.  These are colorful, moist, cake-like cookies with a delicate hint of almond.  They come in the traditional Italian flag colors and have a chocolate coating. 
 
These are a rolled chocolate and nut filled cookie.  As these are a rolled cookie the flavors of the dough and chocolate filling are perfectly blended and will melt in your mouth.

A chocolate cookie with black pepper that intensifies the chocolate flavor. 

Delightful chocolate bites that are soft and brownie like.  Rolled in powdered sugar.
