In Italy the traditional name for cookie is biscotti. Translated the word biscotti means twice cooked. The biscotti that we know in America is dough that is formed into logs and baked until golden brown. The logs are then sliced, and the individual biscotti are baked again. We offer two kinds of these biscotti as well as a variety of other traditional cookies and some new favorites.
When you don’t have the time or the patience for baking cookies just order our cookies. The cookies are made fresh before being delivered to you door. They are not made weeks in advance and stored in a freezer until your order. They are made 24- 48 hours before delivery and priority shipped to you. They will be as fresh and tasty to you as they would to one of our neighbors. |
